Lady Grey is a delightful organic blend made from black teas such as Keemun, Ceylon, and Darjeeling, enhanced with a touch of bergamot and Gunpowder, a classic green tea. This is yet another of Østerlandsk Thehus’s exquisite luxury blends.
Taste
The tea has a wonderfully full-bodied flavor, while the bergamot notes are considerably lighter than those found in a classic Earl Grey. The blend contains Ceylon tea, which is relatively robust, making this tea well suited to being enjoyed with a splash of milk.
Brewing Instructions
Lady Grey is made from classic black tea. For the best flavor, brew with 95–100°C (203–212°F) water and allow the tea to steep for 3–4 minutes.
